She should be busted down to a E nothing. I lost a few buddies in Viet Nam as a lot of us did.
This sort of thing turns my stomach.

Court Martial!

Offensive behavior while in uniform.

Not that there isn't a helluva lot more than that going-on, but I was just angered at this enlisted person's disregard for the suffering, and torture of our POW-MIAs who served this country. If she could only see the results of the corporal punishment and treatment former military had to endure, she wouldn't be so quick to engage in lewd behavior. That's all I'm going to say, although I want to say more. I would be banned.

This is a result of lost morals in our country...which is a result of parents not parenting...which is a result of fearing they will be chastised or worse if they do...which is a result of political correctness...which is a result of the liberals in the Democratic party...which is a result of Satan himself. IMHO!

Cowbilly32, you could have just went straight to the last "which is a result of". Satan is the author of it all!

Given that she's actually serving I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Nope. None. I will save everyone here the tortures of my rambles, however, I will say that being current AD (until May), an NCO (E-5) and an OEF vet... I find this appalling! There are some things I find acceptable to do in uniform, this isn't one of them! If I were her supervisor, I'd rip her a new one.

Article 134, section 2 of the UCMJ, "(2) That, under the circumstances, the accused’s conduct was to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces or was of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces

Ripping her a new one and ending her career are two different things. I agree if I were part of her NCO support chain she’d be doing push ups until I got tired and maybe cleaning some latrines on her off time for a week or two but I’m not going to end someone’s career over a momentary indiscretion that apparently happened several years ago as some here are suggesting.

She should be clopped upside the head and subject to re-education to include physical labor.

I had a pen with a US flag on the clip. I would wear it in the sleeve pocket of my fatigues. One day I was told I could not do that because it was improper display of the colors.

Where, exactly, is "offensive behavior while in uniform" found in the UCMJ?
My comment was not gleaned in the UCMJ. I never implied such reference. That comment is mine alone, and it stands as such. Any other questions about my post I may enlighten you with?

I'd push for an LOR and 12hr shifts for a few weeks... along with dealing with being around me! This, would be being nice.

I would drop the LOR, it's a career killer and for all we know she may now be the most squared away NCO in the USAF (which I am aware isn't saying much).

During my time extra duty went from COB till TAPS. So she does her normal duty day from 0600 till 1630 has 1 hour for chow and reports to the Bn. CSM at 1730 and is on ED until Taps at 2300 and has 7 hours to sleep.

2 or 3 weeks of that is fair punishment, she gets the idea that she screwed up firmly implanted without ending what may be a promising career.

The photo is evidently 3 years old. The 3-striper, now a 4-striper (SSgt-E5) has commented: "This pic is 3 years old. I was a young airman who didn’t care (not uncommon). I was young and dumb. There are much bigger issues to be worried about than a 3 year old pic that was leaked. So get off of Facebook, and go to [sic] take care of your children, because one day it may be them in my shoes, getting called out of [sic] their name for a mistake that took a few second [sic] to make but a lifetime to make up for.”
