Detroit SWAT was called in after the mother opened fire on Child Services. The "knee jerk" reaction was to officers under fire, not to giving this kid meds that the mom didn't want.

All those people who can't understand why so many people have such distrust of the police/government. When the state/government can come to your house and forcible STEAL your children. Maybe JUST maybe it's time to WAKE UP! This can happen to ANYONE! The state/government has a way of making "the PROOF" appear out of thin air.

Loving mother/father with no record of history of anything becomes the next victim of a Waco style attack. For the simple reason that they had the audacity to say NO to the state/government/police.

People ask why people are so afraid to spank or discipline their kids. It's because of things like this that people are so afraid. All it takes is one person to report you to the CPS and your kids are gone.

No, she is said to have allegedly done such an act! If they had hard proof that she did such an act, they would have remanded her till trail. They had none(or vary little other then an officers word) so they released her on 500,000 bond.

There has to be a clear demonstration of danger. A clear case where officer/civilian lives are in reasonably believed to be at risk.

Your right, they didn't call them out to "pass out meds", they called them out to forcibly steal this ladys child.

As for calling them out to give meds out, do you know that for a fact? Remember this is the "New World Order!" Simple fact of the matter is THEY CAN AND DO CALL OUT SWAT FOR ANYTHING!

Unpaid parking/traffic tickets, out comes a warrent for your arrest, found to be a gun owner. Swat will get the call out.

Maryanne Godboldo was arraigned before 36th District Magistrate Sidney Barthwell Jr. on charges of firing a weapon in a dwelling, felonious assault, resisting and obstructing an officer, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Her bond was set at $500,000.

We shall see how many stick.My money is on "resisting and obstructing an officer".

FYI, they throw Psychiatric Medications at everything, kids who have ADD/ADHD are put on Psychiatric Medications. People who have Depression are thrown on Psychiatric Medications.

Being on said medications does not bar you from owning firearms. I have never seen someone denied from buying a firearm, because as a kid they had ADD/ADHD and a school based IEP.

Sometimes medication does help, other times it makes matters worse.
