Desantis Cozy Partner for a Glock 23

I'm looking for a new IWB for a Glock 23, I was considering the DeSantis Cozy Partner. Has anyone used this specifically with either a Glock 19 or 23? If so how do you feel about the imprinting? It looks like all that leather makes for a pretty wide carry when you consider a Glock frame. Also how high up does the sweat guard protrude above the rear of the slide? Did you find it comfortable for an all day carry?

If someone has a suggestion for another holster I wouldn't mind looking, however I am not a fan of crossbreed holsters. I don't mind kydex if it has a good leather backing but I am against nylon as I have never found them to hold up as I carry from 8-12 hours a day generally so I am looking for an all day holster.

I don't know about the Glock but I use a Desantis iwb for my Ruger sr40c and i find it comfortable and am able to carry all day long. I also use a Desantis iwb for my Ruger LC9 and also haven't had an issue with an all day carry with that handgun either.

I don't have a glock, but my buddy (he has a glock 23 and 27 uses a cozy partner for both) turned me onto the cozy partner, I have one for my .380, .40 and my .45. Love it. Never a problem with printing, sweat, and comfort all day. I'm 160lbs

For a while my primary carry gun was a Glock 23 in a cozy partner (still carry it at times). However, I did have an issue with printing because it sits pretty high (5' 8" 185lbs). I love the holster but now typically only wear it in the winter when I am going to wear a jacket. The thickness of the holster really wasn't an issue and the holster doest stick out that far from the slide. I now carry a S&W M&P in a Don Hume which is great because it sits real low, but what I preferred with the cozy partner is it snapped on instead of clip on like the Don Hume.

Thank you for the reply. From the photos on their website I was getting the impression that it might sit a little high. I took a look at Don Humes a few days ago after reading a post on here, they look interesting just not finding much on them.

I have a IWB holster from Theis for my Glock 19. Leather completely covers the slide. Available in horsehide and cowhide and is available with Kydex or metal clips. Depth of carry and cant are adjustable. I would recommend the horsehide with metal clips. Very affordable and comfortable. Tommy makes a great product and has great customer service.

I have a Don Hume , model H721. It carries my Glock 23 outside the waistband, but it rides high, and can't be seen with a t shirt untucked. Even my friends can never tell when I wear it.
It is an excellent holster! Great quality. You can wear it all day long, and almost forget that it's there. It distributes it's weight evenly across your waist. Your Glock will be safe and secure. It requires a belt, but secures the gun, and you can even run with it on.
Bought gun and holster from a LEO buddy of mine. You can't find a better holster. It isn't cheap, but then, you get what you pay for.

Not sure about the nylon you referred to in the Cross Breed, but Old Faithful uses very thick Kydex. It'll stand up to all-day carry no problem.
