Had some petty cash disappear. NOT a huge amount but about three hundred dollars. Upon LEO arrival I informed him I had a CWP and per State Law I was required to inform of my License to carry BUT I was not armed at that time. He kind of laugh and said "great, we really need more citizens to be licensed to carry". We discussed my situation, issued a case number and he stayed around a while to converse about other matters as well as Sandy Hill. Good guy, good Deputy, and an asset to the community. NOT saying anything other than he was engaging, listened and acted professional. I do think I will call his supervisor and compliment him on his professionalism. Gotta give kudos where kudos are due.

Good to hear. It's definitely good to take an active role in your community and give compliments to the officers who do a good job, and give complaints to those who don't deserve to be in the profession. I feel like most people only call supervisors when they want to file complaints rather than compliment those who go unnoticed while they do their job right.
