What is the age for open carry in delaware someone told me 18 from the attorney general office is this correct? I am 20 and own a restaurant with my father we were robbed once so i carry my glock openly. I am wondering what laws there are besides. also what are the laws with having the gun in the car as well?

so the info they gave me was correct. Now my question is how will cops take it if they see me open carrying in like a store? i just have to say i am using my right to open carry correct? is there a solid website where i can print the law and show them so i don't get arrested for no reason. I mean obviously ill get outta it if i do but id rather not have that hassle

Also, know ALL of your rights, not just your 2nd Amendment rights. Many times police encounters involving firearms center more around the 4th amendment than the 2nd amendment. Instead of saying it's your right to carry your firearm, I would suggest saying there is nothing illegal regarding your firearm.
