Defibrillator, Pacemaker and Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP)?

Not in Kansas ... I am a CCL holder and I had an ICD implanted back in '05

The combination of a CCW permit and an implantable cardiac defibrillator isn't illegal in VA and in half-a-dozen other states I just checked. Whatever state you live in, simply Google <state name> & CCW & application. Let us know if you are having trouble finding your state's CCW laws.

Disqualifiers in most states revolve around: Felonies of any kind, violent misdemeanors, domestic violence, and mental illness.
