Death of the Nightguard?

I went to look up the S&W Nightguard series revolvers, and their site said that there were no products to view. So I did a quick Google search and went to the 629 page directly, and it said that they were no longer in production. Has anyone else noticed this?

Love the Nightguard but the price point was just to high for a mainly dresser drawer nite gun.

But yes, they are discontinued. Or at least I remember seeing one in a "for sale" posting and something about no longer being made
