I recently found this website called concealedcarrykillers.org. They are clearly ANTI CCW. They only post ANTI CCW incidents and will only remove self defense incidents if they are proven wrong.
Without data to counter this ANTI CCW narrative, the millions of responsible CCW permit holders are being lumped in with the bad guys.
A friend who is in IT offered to build a database that crowdsources both positive and negative CCW incidents. Our thesis is that there are more positive CCW stories out there than there are negative. The database went live last week. Its called CCWIncidents.org
We are asking for your help to build the database through crowdsourcing. If you're not familiar with crowdsourcing, its simply the process of asking the general public to contribute data.
By allowing anyone to submit CCW incidents (with links to credible news sources) we can quickly amass the data we need to fight this ANTI CCW movement.
It will only be through data that the truth about a Good Guy with a Gun can dispel the negative concealed carry narrative.
