I was looking online at Cabelas and a cz is 30 dollars cheaper then a glock 19 Is a cz p10c better then a glock 19

Some may argue that the CZ P-10 C is a Glock, i.e., it has similar features. The term better is subjective. It has lower capacity than a Glock 19. Glocks certainly have a longer track record and are easier to maintain.
