So what you do you guys think of the "wonderful" customer service provided by various companies selling to the gun owner community.
I can tell you based on my experience that most companies (I can name names but I will not for now), provide POOR UNRELIABLE SUCKY service. My big complains are:
1. No phone numbers
2. Do not answer the phones
3. No updates
4. Lost orders
5. Overcharging
There are a few companies that do provide good service (Lanbo's Armory does a great job of keeping you updated) but these are far and few in between.
The general theme is that we are so busy - too busy to serve the people who are buying from you? Seems strange.
