I called Florida today and spoke with a very nice man who stated that today they were processing 9/21 applications, so the 8-12 week waiting on the automated system was accurate, but he was able to see all my documentation and confirm everything was okay so I don't know what the delay is. Just wanted to pass along the info to anyone who is anxiously waiting like me. I understand they get a ton of applications but 3 months seems pretty excessive for the kind of revenue they are bringing in with these. Seems like they would increase their workforce to keep them coming. Please keep us informed on any new updates to wait times.
