Lost the sheet on the maintenance for the crossbreed holster, anyone remember what type of oil the said to use? or if there were any other care instructions?

Mine is squeaky and i need to oil it just dont know where my sheet is. Thought i would see if someone on here had the info before i just go use some random oil and ruin the holster.

it says not to use oil, but rather a leather cream
to the side that not riding on your skin
kiwi leather lotion is a great product for it

some folks say applying baby power may stop the squeaks but this wasn't in the crossbreed instructions
however the leather cream on the front side was recommended by crossbreed and in their paper you lost
take care your holster hope it lasts a lifetime and serves you well

Right off my Crossbred info.
Simply treat it every 4 to 5 weeks with a good leather conditioner. Use cream type product on the front side of the leather as some oil based conditioners may lift the dye.
Hope this helps.

The squeak comes from the kydex rubbing against the leather, this also commonly occurs in leather on leather holsters when the leather isn't properly bonded together. Dusting were the leather meets the kydex with talc should eliminate the squeak without the worry of softening the leather.

I just got mine a couple days ago.

Hope this helps,
