The abovde reference was posted on Personal Liberty Alerts today and the implications are scary, to say the least. This would be Big Brother coming into his finest hour in the suppression of our liberties. Who says we still have a working Constitution?

You will be if the country does not change directions. The only people that will not be criminals are the people that are friends of the government. Just look at some of the different countrys in the 30s. That is where we are headed.

According to the emergency war powers act or something previous to it we have been under a suspended constitution since the 30's. Sort of in martial law light as it were. Thank the traitor FDR. We are at war on numerous fronts and we must fight the most threatening but will people have the balls to use the 2A for what it was intended for? Hardly I think. We've all been chemically neutered to be made passive.
