I think here worries about local LEO's cutting manpower is a concern. Equally, Early releases are "Troubling". from Feb 7 Free Press:

The media will never admit that honest hard working citizens who carry guns legally are good for society. It would take a lot of case analysis and evidence to make that connection, but I like the thought process.

I have never seen the ranges as busy as they have been lately.

Every time I visit my local firearms shop the place is packed. People trying to get into the classes, looking at their first gun, buying any ammo that remains on the shelves. I help out sometimes when in the store by assisting a new customer in finding things and doing a take down demo with a new customer for a gun I'm familiar with. I fixed the printer once on a busy day as the owners wife looked like she was gonna scream!!

People are becoming less resistant to the gun idea and are becoming fascinated with them. At some point in time the criminals that are still around will encounter an armed citizen... And the outcome will be interesting...

The media will also not own up to the fact that keeping violent criminals in jail is a good thing. Fidel Castro knew damn well what he was doing with the Muriel Boat-lift stunt he pulled on our government.

Since the state of California is soon going to release a bunch of violent criminals to solve "prison overcrowding", maybe we need to convince Arnold to charter a big cruise ship headed to North Korea. :sarcastic::sarcastic:

Bring back "Chain Gangs"... Shackled and cuffed working together at gun point. Let them clean the parks and fix the roads. Have them set up some makeshift tents and make them live in them. In the cold and hot weather. This is no free ride on my tax dollar!! Tough shit. Just because we have no room for them does not mean we just say "sorry no room". "Here put this GPS locator on and be a good boy"..

Capitol punishment would reduce the number of inmates. The ones sitting on death row for more than 2 years,:hang3: start offing them and work back to the fresh ones. That would send a message... Like the sentence was meant to indicate, cross the line and you're going to die..
