I don't think we are going to make the same mistake if we have new neighbour...the house next door to us had been foreclosed on a couple who lived there for over 28 years. My husband sometimes mowed the lawn next door and sometimes the President of our association do it just to keep it looking maintained from the outside. In the meantime, the whole neighbourhood is on the lookout because we do not want squatters in there. It will bring the price of our neighbourhood down. Quite a few had been to the house and no buyer yet. And when it sells and we noticed someone there, I think it will be wise to ask first, shoot later???

dang being it wasn't even their house they should have just called the cops saying there was some strangers next door rather than threaten them with guns
not a good first impression between neighbors for sure i hope apologies and understandings are made
amos and andy lolz geesh folks need to think and stop jumping the gun on assumptions
