There are many in our Government that are so called working in the firearm area, that do nothing but cause problems for the law abiding firearm owners and do a lot to help the criminals.

With the ones in the BATFE at the top of the list being worthless.

When was the last time a government administration or bureau was eliminated? We still have a half dozen remnants from the Great Depression (REA, RHDS, NRCS, etc). That being said... with Fast & Furious hanging over the administration's head and AG Holder being subpoenaed by congress, well... now may just be the time for BATF to go away!
