Why is it unconstitutional for a state to have a law against concealed carry but not for corporate policies to have rules against it?

Because a corporation is not required to abide by the bill of rights. eg: " The first amendment protects you from the government, not from me."

Because the constitution is what gives us our rights. A business is a legal person, thus protected by the same constitution that protect each of us.

Wrong. The Constitution does NOT give us our rights. The Constitution protects us from the government's infringement upon the rights that we possess which existed before the government was empowered. The Constitution states what a few of those protected rights are and acknowledges that those rights exist, but does not grant those rights. Just like the Declaration of Indepence declares that we have the right to overthrow the government, using force if necessary, in order to preserve those rights which we possessed before the government was empowered. This is a key concept to understanding that citizens do not serve their government - the government is supposed to serve the citizen.

The government can jail you, and even execute you for violating laws or can prevent you from receiving public benefits such as government provided health care or keep you from receiving benefit from the land that your tax dollars pay for such as parks. A corporation has a policy against firearms on the property that they paid for (not you) and you are free to just go to another store.
