Something tells me that the "Obama rant" was just the first justification for ignoring the citizen's 1st Amendment rights that popped into his pea-brain. In other words, that wasn't the first time the Constitution didn't matter to him, and in an "average" career, the opportunity for a cop to violate people's rights has to be in the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands. Doesn't mean they take advantage of every opportunity, but that "Obama violates the Constitution so you don't have rights anymore" was lame as all get-out. He was at least learning that cops have no more obligation (in practice) than Obama to follow the law before a single American outside of Frank Marshall Davis and a gaggle of 60's-era radicals ever even heard the name Barry Barack Dunham Soetero Hussein Obama.

He's got a VERY public "persona" now.

I'm betting ANYTHING he does on the job in the future will be second guessed seven ways to Sunday... as it should be.

He should get used to saying, "Would you like fries with that?"

On second thought, he probably won't get hired as a cop anytime soon, I'm sure they've all seen the video. I see him as a security guard at Costco or something.
