Its already passed the Senate. Now it needs to be passed by the State Assembly, then be signed by Governor Walker. This may still get done by the end of the week.
The Governor has not signed it and appears to balk on it. I believe the language of having concealed carry in the State Capitol may have caused him to stutter. Call him to encourage the passing into law.
This has passed, I am so glad for our brothers and sisters in WI. that can now exercise their 2nd Amendment rights. Like nymoose said "Illinois next !!!!", then we need N.J., MD, CA., N.Y.C., and MA. to lighten up their choke hold on the legal citizens right to carry.
Illinois now you're all alone. Let's get r done and then move all the "You can carry if you're a celebrity or have contributed to my campaign fund" (may Issue) states into Shall Issue.
Let's also not forget DC - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Sometimes I crack myself up. :sarcastic:
It's really up to the voters of the state of Illinois to take back what is rightfully theirs. they should also realize that, by capitulating to denial of YOUR rights, you also deny OUR rights, as we are one country, in which we should be able to exercise our 2nd amendment rights no matter where we travel in this country. I would like to know that I have 50 of 50 of my rights, not 49 of 50.
