Concealing a Glock under a suit?

I own a Glock 23 that I need to conceal when wearing a suit. I'm considering either an owb or a shoulder rig. Does anyone have any recommendations based on personal experience? I know a lot of people would say go with what I find more comfortable for me or with what works for me personally. I'm looking for pros and cons that people have experienced though. Anyone?

Iwb tuckable so when you take the coat off your still concealed

How the coat is cut can make a difference.
When I buy a suit or coat I have the coat fitted while I wear my gun.
The clerk in the store can help you.

Crossbreed or Comp Tac Minotaur IWB. I don't like shoulder holsters for many reasons. The suit fits tighter in the upper body and looser in the waist, so, it's more comfortable to carry in the waist. Besides, when unholstering from a shoulder holster, the gun aims to the rear, the side and every unsafe direction. When unholstering from the waist, the gun aims down and then to the front, where the intenden target would be.

I have used a Galco paddle holster and a Serpa Blackhawk underneath my suit jackets and they have worked fine for me.

I do however want to get the Galco shoulder holster rig.

But I'm sure that if your jackets are not too form-fitting any holster you like will work fine.

The once or twice I worn a suit, I used a IWB and my jacket was able to stay on so it worked out ok, as long as your jacket is not to tight, you have a few options, depending on how accessable you want your weapon to be

I'm usually in a suit, and carry a Ruger SR9c in an owb paddle holster for ready access. As commented, the suit has to allow room for carrying this way. While a tuckable iwb holster is another good option, especially if you might need to remove the suit coat, I prefer a wearing a Tru-Spec concealed holster undershirt. Wearing a tie, you can keep a button or two open under the tie, and have immediate access to your gun. This is how I carry if I am going to have to remove my suit coat.
