Since there doesn't seem to be a safety gun course in my area of Wyoming, is the course that the American Firearms Training gives on line sufficient to receive a concealed weapon permit in Wyoming?

After all, all you need for a permit in Wyoming is a Hunter Safety Card, DD-214 from the military, or other proof of firearms proficiency provided by the National Rifle Association or any Wyoming Certified Firearms Instructor.
