I took the concealed weapons permit in Febuary of 2009, I did not send my paper work in then, can I still send it in or do I need to retake the course?

First of all Welcome to USA Carry!

Send it in. On the application look at #13 of the instructions.

13. (New Only) ‐ Handgun education courses must have been successfully completed within three (3) years of application filing.

Welcome! Redhat's right - if you stick around here long enough, you'll learn that he's pretty much always right :)

Hello, and Welcome to USACarry from the shore of SC,,,,,,,,,,,, Red Hat is rite, send it, and if Red Hat says it listen lol,,,, He knows his stuff when it comes to SC !!!!

I wonder if I've ever been in contact with any of my fellow CWP carriers while out and about in Myrtle Beach. There are times when I'm at the Coastal Grand Mall that I hope I'm not the only one carrying concealed based on some of the characters that roam thereabouts.

Note to bbarton713

Just for your information you are not alone.
Glad to know that I am not alone either.

I usually stay a little further North around NMB but occasionally venture down your way, you ever go to MB Indoor range?

son use to work for Ted at MB indoor rang, been there many times

I have 20+ hours paid for at the MB indoor range and also won a year's worth of free range time at the range in Murrell's Inlet.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone in that mall. I always see older guys in the mall with their Vietnam or Marine hats on and salute them in my mind knowing that some of them are also armed here. Saw a bunch of gang-bangers last night at the mall with the red hankies in their back pockets.

How about this snow?

Had fun shooting 100 rounds at the MB Indoor Range yesterday at lunch time. There were a few seniors there which I thought was surprising.

FYI, lanes 1-2 are the rifle ranges and you can shoot your handguns there too. Lanes 3 & 6 are .22 only! I had to wait a bit, even though those lanes were open, in order to shoot my .40 Glock.
