Let's set the bank aside for a moment.

If said supermarket contained a Post Office you could still shop at the supermarket while armed. The PO renting a cubby hole does not make the whole building a Federal facility.

another example is a police substation in a mall or store, in FLA you cannot carry into a cop shop, and the presence of one in a store does NOT make that store off limits, just stay out of the police portion
