How much is it in your state for your conceal and carry permit here in ky average is 145 total 75 for class and 60-65 to sheriffs depending if you need your pic taken or not just curious bout other states

Here in VA, you can take an online course for around $40, and the CHP will run you no more than $50 (state maximum). When I got my first CHP (10 years ago), my town was only $33.

It varies here but the classes that do everything for you, fingerprint, send and pay your app fees are between $125 and $150 here.

You can get it done for $50 but you have to go to the PD and get your own prints and send in your own app with fees.

I took mine in S.C.= Appx. $80.00 for class. They did phote, fingerprinting & all paperwork processing.
$50.00 for fee to state went with application.

In Texas it is $140.00 for the license. There are some circumstances where it is less, for instance active military/honorable discharged veterans with 1 year of leaving the service qualify for free license. Those discharged for more than 1 year qualify for 50% off. Senior's and indigent get 50% off Or $70 while Active/Retired Judges, Police Officers and Federal Agents pay $25. There is also a mandatory CHL class were prices range from $100 to $150 for the class. Also, fingerprints must be submitted electronically by the state approved vendor, but I don't know how much this company charges. So in total you could be looking at $250 to $300 in charges.

Ours is every 5 years renewal to, the state police run all the stuff for us here we just give sheriffs the info they forward it to ksp

I took mine in SC for $35 including required paperwork and prints. Then I paid the $50 fee to SLED. Total $85 plus postage.

Oklahoma-
License application fee $100
Passport photo (if taken by sheriff) not to exceed $10
Fingerprints not to exceed $25
Training course not to exceed $60

Replacement license fee $15
Renewal fee (5 yr.) $85
Renewal fee (10 yr.) $170

In my particular county in MN, I paid $125 for everything. It's a 5 year permit, and renewal fees are $50 for the class, and $50 for the permit.

North Carolina (Burke County)
Class - $60.00
CCW - $90.00 (county sheriff)
Took less than 60 days to get CCW.
CCW good for 5 yrs.

Iowa- $50 for a 5 year permit. Class expenses vary from instructor to instructor. Mine was $50 as well. So... initial expense was $100 for me. Some counties offer a photo ID hard card permit for $10 extra. Unfortunately, the county I am in doesn't offer it.

Oklahoma license is $100, fingerprints $25, required class $60, Total 185. Good for five years. Renewal $85 or ten year renewal $200. Legal carry and state law prohibiting prosecution or law suits if firearm used in self defense....PRICELESS.

In Nevada instructors can charge what they want, I paid $105 plus I think $50 to get Utah done at the same time. I did see courses as low as $65 and last year the gunstore was giving them free, but from what I have heard, that is still too expensive for the gun store to charge.
There is much more involved though, in the end it cost me around $400 or maybe less, as I need a good IWB holster, plus fingerprinting, and the actual fee for the license. If I remember correctly.

Washington
CHL: $55.25 ($52.50 starting march 19, 2012)
Renewal every 5 years: $32
Less than 2 Weeks to receive permit (10 business days if I recall correctly)

And NO training required! WooHoo! The time limit by statute for issuing the CPL is 30 days for residents, 90 days for non-residents.
