Conceal Carry Scout camp

We are going to a Boy Scout camp in VA. as a troop, and I would like to carry. Ironically, we are going to shoot rifles while there, but I am not sure if I can carry. Anyone else carry on scout sanctioned campouts?

I think the Boy Scouts does not allow concealed carry at any scout functions. I am not a fan of this since the Scout motto is Be Prepared. You might want to check with the camp on their policy. I carried one time on a scout hike on the A.T. and did more research and haven't since. I didn't want to cause any problems with the other parents. Hope this helps.
