Shows how stupid MA legislatures are. They are already limited to 10 round magazines, and rifles with a pistol grip and telescoping stock are already banned.

Passed by legislature today as an "emergency measure" and as an amendment to the state budget. Now on to their Senate and perhaps their Governor. This would give that states AG wide discretion on modifications that affect "rate of fire". With the ATF already working to tightly regulate the modification in question then why not wait for that and why would anyone think things would be any different with national reciprocity? Happens fast eh?
