Are you ready for the possibility of an Ebola pandemic that will interrupt the day-to-day life of most Americans?

Because now, the CDC has issued a checklist and said that “Now is the time to prepare.”

You can read the entire document HERE. As well, the state department has purchased 160,000 Ebola Hazmat suits.

The checklist is a directory for hospitals and medical personnel.

“Every hospital should ensure that it can detect a patient with Ebola, protect healthcare workers so they can safely care for the patient, and respond in a coordinated fashion…

While we are not aware of any domestic Ebola Virus Disease cases (other than two American citizens who were medically evacuated to the United States), now is the time to prepare, as it is possible that individuals with EVD in West Africa may travel to the United States, exhibit signs and symptoms of EVD, and present to facilities.”

The World Health Organization and other agencies have gone to great lengths to avoid releasing information that might cause a panic. You can bet that if they’ve gone so far as to issue this warning, things are about to get real.

The state department has purchased 160,000 Ebola Hazmat suits. If the government is getting ready for an outbreak, shouldn’t you get ready too?

As far as disaster prepping I believe this is a very real scenario. A global pandemic spells trouble for everyone. Stores and businesses could close leaving few with food and other necessities. In a very bad situation the big cities will feel it the most. Those of us in the sticks can hunt and fish. We have crops. We have our own wells and septic and generators for power. But what will the city folks do? They'll leave the cities to forage, further spreading sickness. Among the best things to be prepared is to store food. MRE's, canned goods, etc. Medicines and first-aid products. Keep cash on hand in the event banks are closed. Enough to get through a few months without outside contact.

No, the even scarier part is bringing those already infected with ebola into the country. I am a firm believer that all should be refused entry or re-entry into the country who have the symptoms UNTIL they have been treated and are totally free of the disease. It seems as if the government is intentionally trying to infect us here at home. Part of the New World Order plan to reduce the population? Why has the government ordered over 160,000 HAZMAT suits for use by those treating or otherwise tending to ebola patients? The problem we have in this nation right now is sheer stupidity on the part of our government. Unfortunately, there are those who keep electing our current officials who are allowing this insanity to thrive. Do those of the Liberal persuasion think that they will be immune to the disease because our illustrious leader wouldn't do anything to endanger us? I'll bet that Liberals can die of the disease also!!

While that is a problem, they are known to have a problem and volunteered to work with ebola. Our military who are not trained to work with deadly diseases are being ordered in to affected areas and are going to be returned to various military bases after leaving. Not only is it a major threat to our people but it is a major threat when they return.
