CCW restrictions Schoharie county

I have a Carry permit with restrictions for Rockland County since 1984, I tried to upgrade to a full carry without any sucess, Rockland is a very hard County to achive a full carry. I am moving to schoharie county I already know the proceedure to transfer my lic. however my questions are: 1. Does anyone know Schoharie county's position on carry unresticted, in other words if I request a full carry from them will they knock it down automatically. 2. If they put the usual Sporting, target restriction on my lic. is it the same as Rockland, or do they have their own rules and regulations? Any feed back would be appriciated.
