CCW holster for a very small waist.

I've been watching and reading a lot on here over the last few months but I have yet to find a post from someone who is as small as I am. Plenty of people claiming to be small and are much bigger.

I am 5'6" and 125-135 pounds. My waist is in the 29-30 range so I have a very hard time hiding anything. I've tried a number of holsters at gun shows over the years but haven't found anything comfortable and concealable for my frame.

I just purchased a ruger LCP 380 as its smaller than my S&W airlight so I'm hoping that will make it much easier to hide. Considering one of the crossbreed holsters. A few questions as I see many people on here rave about the quality from crossbreed.

Which size holster would work best for my frame and what are the downsides to cross feeds smaller 2 with single clips?

One concern I have with the minituck, and correct me if I'm wrong, living in the desert and working outside I sweat a lot. Wouldn't it be a good idea to stay away from the combat cut as it fails to protect the entire firearm from my perspiration?

I've tried a very limited number of holsters for my S&W airlight and you can clearly see the butt of the gun when I try to carry at 5 and 4 o'clock. And when carrying at 2 or 3 the bulge from the cylinder is way to big on such a small waist not to mention just horribly uncomfortable as I come with no natural padding lol.

Go here: FALIA REVIEWS She is nearly EXACTLY your size.

I'm actually a little smaller in the waist (weigh about the same except 5'9"), and I've found it's not really the holster (though my leather pancake-ish IWB works well), it's about the shirt. If it doesn't fall freely from the top of the shoulder, it doesn't conceal anything. Regular, loose-fitting t-shirts work, button up shirts work, especially when left unbuttoned. That's my favorite for concealing... put on a cami or tank top, then cover up with a vest or unbuttoned shirt.

You can't go wrong with a crossbreed but they have a 8 weeks or more wait, so I guess that you want a iwb and not a owb?

Her videos were extremely helpful. Thank you for linking her site.

She is about the same waist size as me, I will have to try the more extreme cant as one of my big problems was the grip sticking way out.
I emailed crossbreed last night and they replied pointing me to a local shop who carries their holsters so I can see them in person. Plan on stopping by there next week.

The three speed works great for me and I have a small waist. I carry the xds and wear at the 3 to 5 position with no problem at all.Hope this helps

I personally have not used one of these, nor am I your size. However, from people that are smaller, I have heard nothing but good things about this holster:

3 Speed Holster

THANK YOU for this link. I was sold on the video and then a former military friend showed me a pretty good review.

I'll be getting this for home wearing until I get my permit. My handgun is simply too inaccessible at the moment and this is a LOT faster and a LOT cheaper than a biometric speed vault in one location per floor.

Glad I could help..... keep us up-to-date with your review of it.

I just got one too and I was wondering... How do you use the spare magazine holder in it while it's at 3 - 5? I carry about there, too, and am wondering how to make it work. (Got it just yesterday so still figuring it out lol)
