Can someone offer reasons for requesting a Carry Concealed license in Dutchess county NY, that would increase the odds of the permit being granted? Are there any other measures you can recommend that may tip the scales in favor of being granted a Carry Concealed license (NRA courses, etc.)? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANKS.
