You don't mention if you have a CCW that is valid in Nevada. My interpretation of Nevada law is that if you do have a CCW valid in Nevada then you are allowed to carry concealed on your person while in your car. If you don't, you can't; the firearm can be concealed in the car, in the glove box, under the seat, in the door, etc., just not on your person. I'm neither a lawyer not an LEO. Please verify this info for yourself with the proper authorities.
From the scuttlebutt I've heard, North Las Vegas still does not like to honor the revised state law allowing the carrying of firearms in that area. I'm not of a mind to test the waters.
