Cape Hatteras NC concealed carry?

I've looked at all the handgun law/concealed carry sites I can find. It appears that Hatteras falls under the new National Park law that allows concealed carry. NC has a ton of if/but/howevers in their carry laws.
Also NC was close to passing law which would have allowed carry in restaurants even where alcohol was served but can't find out if it passed.

Hoping someone who really knows from NC can provide feedback.

You can carry in National Parks in NC but you can not carry anywhere alcohol is served. We're still trying to change that but are having a hard time with the Democrats in the state legislature.
