Cant find info for DE permit

I'm military and going to heading for Delaware soon on Government orders. Does anyone know if I am considered a resident under DE's law for CDWP? I dont want to waste my money if the state is going to tell me to piss off

I don't know the answer to your question, but you could post your question again in this forum... Delaware Open Carry • Delaware Open Carry ...there a lot of helpful people there that may know the answer, or be able to point you in the right direction.

Even though it is labeled as an open carry forum, there is a lot of discussion regarding concealed carry as well.
