Candidate with F rating from SCOPE loses election in Erie County

Democrat Party endorsed incumbent Timothy R. Hogues, defeated in primary.
He was one of the few that went along with Cuomo and would not vote to pass a resolution condemning the SAFE Act.
A small victory but a victory none the less.

Let hope Cuomo will give him a job in the casinos for falling on his sword for him.
