Can I still get my ccw?

I was discharged from the army with a general...Other than Honorable discharge...Am I still able to get ccw in NC?

I'm afraid not. NCGS 14-415.12 (b)

The sheriff shall deny a permit to an applicant who
(7) Is or has been discharged from the Armed Forces of the United States under conditions other than honorable.

The purchase permit and general (non-concealed) carry bars those with "dishonorable discharges", so on those you are OK.

Just confirming--was it a "General (Under Honorable Conditions)" or an "Other Than Honorable" discharge? If the latter, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you would be disqualified in NC. Look here:

G.S. 14-415.12

(b) The sheriff shall deny a permit to an applicant who:

It wouldn't hurt to check with your sheriff to confirm this.

Excuse me, but the 2nd Amendment, written by the "Founding Fathers" right? Who were the founding fathers but the government. So, the right to bare arms was given to you by the government. It can be taken away by the US Congress with a amendment or abolishing to the Constitution. There are many that would like to see that happen. Namely the Democrats. Currently led by President Obama, and soon to be followed up by Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders. All it takes is for people to do what? Nothing. They have been waiting for this situation for 100 years. The Democrats have bee taken over by the Communist. Aided by Old Time Democrats that just woun't wake up and cast them out or change to Republicans and vote that way. For some reason they think they have Democrat DNA in their blood and can't change. They must continue to vote Democrat. Reminds me of lemmings heading for a cliff.
