California PC 12025 and 12025.5

Dilema....

While awaiting issuance of a CCW for a credible threat (complete with a criminal protective order issued by the judge), I have a 60 mile commute to and from work (stipulation on CCW is not at work) Would 12025.5 cover me if by some odd reason I was stopped with a loaded gun in my vehicle while commuting?

Seems to me like it would, but what a ridiculous code...

You are protected by 12025.5 if the protective order was issued by a judge because of credible threat, as long as it was not for a mutual restraining order.
