Yeah, well, considering they intended to blow people up there was no point to bother with permits. It's funny how much trust the anti gunners have in these institutions.

That's because some antis are just idiots while some try to get these laws passed simply to make it harder for law abiding people to own guns, they know full well that these new laws will mean nothing to criminals.
