Prosecutors are expected to file first-degree murder charges Tuesday against the three teen suspects, aged 15, 16 and 17.
They were to appear in court, and it was not clear whether or not they would be charged as adults.
Witnesses stated that the unarmed victim staggered and eventually collapsed on the road he was jogging on after he was shot in his back by the 3 vicious thugs who were armed with a .22-caliber revolver on Friday.

i wouldnt say it was a hate crime as nothing has been proven that race was a deciding factor in the killing, but still ****** up either way you look at it.

if they had been shouting something about revenge for trayvon or some ****, then i'd say yes. there wasnt a race issue in that case and i dont see it in this one AT THIS POINT. should the evidence come out to say it was, then by all means convict as such.

It isn't a sign of a destroyed black community. It isn't a sign of the gangsta culture that glorifies violence of ALL kinds, from bustin' b****** to bustin' caps. It isn't a sign of a culture that refuses to take responsibility for the condition of their culture. It's a sign that there are too many guns in the US. Yeah, that's what's causing all of the problems. Too many guns.

And this is coming from Australia, one of the gun ban countries. So let's see how things have been working since they enacted their gun ban in 1997:

Col. West quoted statistics from the Tampa Bay Times that show conclusively that blacks in Florida claim a SYG defense in 32% of fatal cases, and the majority of those killed were white. I have quoted statistics in previous posts from the FBI that show that 45% of murders committed by blacks are against whites and 43% are against other blacks.

So here's what we need.

Sharpton and Co. are also arguing that SYG is used primarily against black folks, so we need two PSA's to run head-to-head with the anti-SYG video currently running on YouTube.

The first one needs to portray a black defender standing their ground against a white aggressor. It needs to be very dramatic and elicit an emotional response from black viewers. That's the hook, taking a page (actually, several) from the GC playbook. The hook is set with a trailer that scrolls the statistics quoted by West. Let Sharpton and Co. respond to that.

The second video needs to portray a black defender standing their ground against a black aggressor. Same basic idea. In this case, however, the statistics that scroll at the end are from the FBI UCR that shows that 43% of all murders committed by blacks are against other blacks.

In both situations, we work in the anti's argument that, if they can save just one (black) life by getting rid of SYG, they will have accomplished something - in reverse. WE show how thousands of black lives are - and can be - saved BECAUSE of SYG laws.

You fight bad information with good information. Use the emotional appeal to hook black viewers with something other than what they have been getting from Sharpton and Co., and then set the hook with facts that cannot be argued. It's time to take the fight to Sharpton, Jackson, Morgan, Bloomberg, and the rest of the anti-gunner world.

BTW, we know that MSNBC won't give this kind of a PSA any air time, but perhaps FOX news would. If only we could get Ice T to produce these - would seriously jack up the creds of the videos....

And why aren't we hearing from Obama and Co.? Not just because it doesn't fit their agenda, but because at some level they really believe that blacks who attack whites like this are justified in doing so. They're getting justice on the oppressive white man the only way they can.
