December 10, 2012 The world lost a shooting great and an all around wonderful man...
Bob Munden, known perhaps equally as a fierce Fast-Draw competitor who was recognized by Guinness World Records as The Fastest Man with a Gun Who Ever Lived, as an exhibition shooter of the highest order with all kinds of firearms; an entertainer as well as a master gun smith who developed groundbreaking methods of customizing to perfection the beloved .45 caliber single action revolver and other guns, died Monday of heart failure.
Bob was an all around great man with an amazing presence. He brought a lot to the world of shooting and inspired man to entire the world of recreation shooting. His passion seemed unmatched and he was always looking for the next impossible shot.
The only thing he was more passionate about in life was his beloved wife, Becky. He was a true man in every sense and will be missed and remembered.
Bob was a great friend of the Bond Arms crew and he will be missed...
