Today, we declare our independence from a broken system of weak laws that perpetuate an epidemic of gun violence.

We support the Second Amendment, and we respect the rights of all law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms. But support for the Second Amendment also means keeping guns out of the hands of dangerous people. As true patriots, we respect the Constitution while committing ourselves to promoting public safety and protecting Americans from unnecessary violence.

All Americans are entitled to live free from fear.

Today, we reject the Constitution and substitute our own version that gives the right to live free from fear of gun violence, and we demand that our country's laws protect the safety and well-being of our communities which is the root word of communism. In order to create perfect collective, we must take steps to pass eliminate and confiscate all firearms in the name of public safety.

Important people like myself however will still be able to have body guards because the collective needs me.

If this is what they really want. Then they should demand that the DOJ and all of the other law enforcement start enforcing the current gun laws. All of the so called new gun laws that they want to pass will not do anything to stop gun violence or help the public safety. And that's because all that they do is hurt all law abiding citizens. Criminals will still have whatever type of firearm that they want. And that is because they will find a way around the new gun laws just like they do with the current ones now in place. In 2010 they say that out of 44k failed background checks that only 4k were investigated and prosecuted. That means that 40k were not even looked into. The DOJ has said in committees hearings that paper failures are not worth the time or the money to investigate. So why make any new laws that they aren't going to enforce anyway? They need to start enforcing all of the current gun laws and forget about making new ones that won't be enforced just like the current ones aren't being enforced now.
