In a recent interview with Time Magazine, Bloomberg made the following statements:

“What do you mean we lost [in Colorado]? I’m sorry for those two people. But we won in Colorado. On to the next state.

As Before It's News observed,

Yet, despite all this backlash, Bloomberg appears to be undaunted. As long as those laws stay in place, it doesn’t matter who loses their job, he’s won, he’s foisted his gun control agenda on another state.

And he's not afraid to be hit in the pocket book, either.

“A lot of elected officials are afraid to back controversial things. I’m not afraid of that,” Bloomberg told Time. “You’re not going to hurt my business, and if you are, I don’t care. I take great pride in being willing to stand up.”

Bloomberg on Colorado recall: ?What do you mean we lost?? | Alternative

We have our work cut out for us.

"A lot of elected officials are afraid to back controversial things" CONTROVERSIAL ? EXACTLY! He is going after anti constitutional things and rights the majority of Americans are worried about loosing! These things are only popular in BLUE New England and Koimifornia!

So if all he cared about was getting the law passed and didn't care about keeping the politicians in office why'd he donate almost a half-million to fight their recall? Sounds to me like a sore loser and now he's worried the challenges to the law. It also clearly shows his blatant disregard for the opinions of Coloradans. Keep on truckin Colorado!

I hope he's worried! Unfortunately, I was unable to vote in the recall for either of the democrats as I live outside of their districts.

I believe this guy has some sort of mental disorder.

It's the "I have so much f-ing money I can do whatever I want and create my own reality'" syndrome. It means he has no sense of the reality we all live with. He is rich enough he can effectively deny reality.

Of course he dosen't care if his anti gun stand hurts his business, he's already a billionaire. However, not many other politicians are. We'll see how they stand on principle now that two were recalled. A politician knows that he or she will never ever have another job as good as the one they have while in office and will do what ever is required to stay in office, principles be damned.

I think your missing his point. He's calling it a win because the law is still in place. All the recall did was get rid of two people that pushed for it. He doesn't care about them, only the law itself. Bloomberg is showing his true liberal colors. People are expendable the agenda isn't.

Maybe he could go & buy his own island somewhere & be KING !
Or take Obama with him & let him be king.

The one point he is making is a good one. What is being done to repeal the law.
People like his look at the constitution as a novel idea that is now obsolete. They really need to be beeaacchh slapped but they won't be. The people that support him and his kind weather living or dead will vote.
