"Basic Property Rights," is what the man is standing on. Folks, the crux and meat of the US Constitution is 'property' and all its periphery. Private property ownership is the quintessential of a free society - all else is secondary. The Fifth Amendment is so presumptuous of private property that it doesn't even affirm it separately, but states it matter-of-factually, " ... nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
So, why should any freedom-martyr assume that this Marxist Regime would treat private property as anything less than top priority in confiscation, by hook or crook; definitely by use of its many Constitution-circumventing czar-agencies. Before 2020, private property will not exist for 99% of Americans. That's just a bit more than four years away. It's top on their list. If you have a lien on your property in any amount whatsoever, yours will be gobbled up quickly because the first thing that a Marxist-Leninist revolutionary government does is to 'nationalize' the banks - which automatically eliminates you as an owner of property. Those who own land outright are only a formality away from losing theirs in the same month as the mortgaged pseudo-land owners.
The Marxist-Globalists despise the fact that America is one of the few and last nations where private property is allowed - and even taken for granted. Eradicating all laws pertaining to ordinary citizens owning even the smallest portion of an acre is top on their list of "fundamentally changing America."
The folks who will be gobbling up your property will be from the pool of government workers; the upper echelon - those who see the cheetah [government] clamping its jaws on the tired antelope's neck [property owners] with a coup de grâce.
