Blackhawk Sportster vs CQC?

I was looking at these two holsters at Academy Sports the other day and one is half the price of the other, but they look exactly the same. Their construction looks and feels identical. The only difference I can see is that the CQC ($50) comes with the paddle and belt adapter, and the Sportster ($28) only has the paddle. Is there any real difference?

I've done some reading and it said that the CQC has carbon fiberS in it. But I don't see how it could be any stronger if it's a polymer/carbon fiber blend.
