With the Reps caving on the DHS funding today, don't count on anything but the SCOTUS being able to stop the BATFE. :mad:
 
If the GOP goes after ATF maybe Obama can slip by his executive action to raise taxes. Here I thought the constitution gave taxing authority to congress. Guess that doesn't matter these days. All hail king Obama!
 
ATF doesnt have any "power" anyway.... The Constitution does not give the govt the "right" or the "power" to have created that or many of the other agencies in the first place.....

Congress says they do under the Commerce Clause. It is a bunch of bull, but you have the courts backing them.

ABOLISH the BATFE (they are NOT called the "ATF") and the whole issue becomes moot.

After WWII they didn't "strip the Gestapo of regulatory authority". They ABOLISHED it, arrested its members and HANGED some of them.

"congress says they do" What utter effing spineless drivil from an idjit who doesnt even realize HE IS ONE OF THE MAIN PROBLEMS.... (and those like him) who ACTIVELY SUPPORT THE TAKEOVER of our courts and country by GIVING THOSE WHO TOOK OVER THE SAME THIER LEGITIMACY!!!!!!!

Instead of cowering in the corner and pointing at them and crying "dont do or say anything or they might see you and kill you" Why dont you stand up like a man and point out what they are doing is wrong, and do not obey them any longer?

Sorry, but if you think that you are so right, I challenge you again to prove what I said, wrong. Not with your worthless drivel, but with facts. Then ask the others here if what I said is wrong. You are again on the losing side of comprehension.

I'm currently a Florida resident where I don't have to wear the chains of giving up my Rights as you do currently in Ohio each time you get stopped. Now how come you haven't gotten rid of them? In fact, we here in Florida are getting rid of more of the chains one link at a time. Ohio, this month will finally get rid of the stupid mag size restriction. Something Florida hasn't had. Maybe you liked that chain. Suppressors became legal for hunting again here before Ohio. Ohio is still behind Florida on its stand on "Stand Your Ground" laws. So if you are a Ohio voter, why haven't you gotten your state's house in order? Sad to say, even WV is getting ahead of Ohio and Florida on gun rights.

But here is something else to think about, we have fought for things in Ohio too even though we can't vote there. And in April, we will likely be in court in Ohio on a matter of land owners rights. Just getting to the courthouse where the case is to be heard will take a three hour drive each way from our Ohio home.
