In the" ritzy" section of the Wilmington Delaware area that Joe (Bozo the Clown) lives in, it is illegal to either shoot a shotgun up in the air or through a door. I know this according to Beau Biden, Joe's son, who is the Attorney General of Delaware. Dad needs to seek legal counsel before he opens hsi big mouth about things he does not know about.

Ouch! I feel bad for the woman who took the scope to the face. I was shooting my 20 guage double barrel (side by side) with my 10 yr old son a couple months ago and I decided to give the paper target both barrels at once..... hurts.... Anyways, as funny as watching that video is I cannot help but thinking that the guys running the camera or standing in the background are the true clowns here. It was clear that some of those women never fired a gun in thier life and they are handed a 12 guage. Nice going. They'll probably never want to go shooting again.

Joe Biden is one of the chief executives, which means he is responsible to uphold and enforce the law. As such, his remarks on the web cast were done in his capacity as one of the chief executives. If an attorney, officer, doctor, etc., offers advice to an individual that turns out to be incorrect or even illegal, they can be held personally liable for contributing to that person's illegal actions. Biden didn't merely offer suggestions, he ORDERED people to take this course of action - meaning that he is personally responsible for their actions. Time to prosecute and impeach!
