I saw where Beretta has redesigned the PX4 Storm Compact into a sleeker, more refined version, called the Compact Carry. It has the low profile decocker (only) switch & slide lock lever. They have also added Talon grips, lighter trigger pull & night sights. Topping it off, is a more slender slide that seems to take away from the "boxy" appearance, common to the PX line. All in all, a good looking pistol...but...with a MSRP of well over $850, my thoughts are that buying a used compact model, or even new, plus the low profile kit for the safety/decocker & slide ( making it a decocker only), would be more economical. All you would be giving up would be a lighter trigger, Talon grips & night sights.
But I'm a tightwad, so what are your thoughts about it?
