Yes a 92FS. I use either a Galco Miami Classic shoulder rig or a Blackhawk Serpa CQC.

Horizontal is my preference in the shoulder rig. I don't understand the first part of your statement. It's a full size pistol. A full size 1911 can be found chambered for .22 caliber.

I carry a 92F as my EDC in a Crossbreed Supertuck at 3:30 to 4:00 with as much forward cant as the holster allows. I'm thin at 5'-10" and 150lbs and have no problem concealing under an unbuttoned cover shirt. A tucked polo will print if I bend over but not while standing/walking. (When tucked, being thin helps because the tucked shirt "blouses" out a bit.). The fully loaded Beretta is no lightweight but I don't notice it too much on the crossbreed belt.
