secretly want to get pulled over when you first got your Concealed Carry permit? Just so you could see what would happen?
I know I have had thoughts like that. Luckily, so far, I have not been pulled since I got mine over a year ago.

No way... If a cop even touches your gun, they will confiscate it until they go over it with a fine-toothed comb and clean their fingerprints off of it... so don't expect to get it back for at least a couple weeks. Even more of a reason to watch your speed when traveling out of state.

Now, I have thought about what to say if ever stopped, but not paranoid about it.

Also, I do remember my first time carrying, but that's about it......Now a non-issue.

Absolutely not. Here in Colorado, anybody that can legally own a gun can carry in their vehicle, so cops assume everybody is armed. I've never been asked once though and are not a must inform state unless asked.

Not at all. As a matter of fact I want to avoid as much police interaction as I can whenever carrying a weapon for multiple reasons. First off there are many cops out there who are not very knowledgeable of the law and may persecute or criticize you for being in the possession of a weapon. I don't wanna go through that kind of hassle. Another thing you need to think about is the amount of tension that could be created when you reveal you are carrying to a police officer. Police officer is FAR from the safest job around and I'm sure they can get a little nervous just knowing that you are armed. I'm not a threat to them (I know this to be true to myself) but they don't know me and you can't be too trusting of those you don't know.

I have friends that I hang out with socially who are cops. I don't even tell them I'm armed...

I can see no reason to want to be stopped to tell the cop you conceal carry with a licence. If that is what you want to do, save yourself a lot of time and go to the police dept and tell all of them that you have a concealed carry licence. I don't think you want to take your gun with you.
