Back injury

A recent back injury has me unable to wear a belt. I cant carry a full size handgun at this time. I usually carry either my fnx9 or my shield. Neither of which will fit in my pocket of my work clothes. I am looking for suggestions on the most reliable of the pocket pistols as a temporary substitute. Thank you

The Taurus TCP has good reviews as far as reliability goes. (Gun Review: Taurus 738 TCP - The Truth About Guns) It's very light, and easily fits in my jeans pocket. So light I don't even notice I'm carrying it. Not the most accurate thing given its size, and it is .380. But it also is inexpensive.

Also, I hope your back heals quickly.

I wouldn’t want to trust my life to anything Taurus makes. The TCP reviewed may be good but their reputation for quality/safety issues means I won’t even consider them for a long time to come.

I would suggest trying a Ruger LCP series weapon.

You could also look into a kahr. They make a couple different models that are excellent little ccws.
