Back Door Assault on 2A

Here is another back door approach to limiting 2A by going after ammo. They want to track the ammo we buy and how much we buy.

this really upsetting to see. where I live there is a very, very limited amount of ammo available so most of my family buys there ammo online.. and yes we buy in the bulk because of shipping cost and time it takes to get here.. we once a week go to the gun range and shoot 200 to 400 rounds ( depends how much of the family goes )

I do agree that we should do all we can to stop this kind of crap, it may be a mote point with obummer's take over of the internet. With a simple stroke of the pen he could stop all sales of ammo, knives, hunting equipment and anything else he "deems" that we "pee-ons" are not trustworthy to have!

Lib-o-rats never quit! No matter how many times we stop them they just keep trying!!! But it is ALWAYS us who are stubborn, hardheaded and total A-Holes!!!

The gov't already knows about some of my purchases. As it was gov't ammo to start with. What they don't know is how much has been bought that they don't know about. Or how much has been reloaded. Just like the gov't can never be sure who has all the guns that have ever been made. And you have to wonder about how many form 4473s the BATFE has lost over the years. I know for a fact that they have "misplaced" some.

Obama, Bloomberg, and all the other Libs don't realize that they might take all the weapons, knives, etc. they can find but they can't take the resourcefulness of the American people. We have been making guns, knives, and other gear for survival for many years. If they take one item, a replacement item will be constructed in short order. They can't take all the ammunition because they wouldn't be able to find it and reloading would keep us supplied for quite some time. Things would be difficult, for a while, but we would eventually become very self-sufficient, much to the chagrin of the government. There aren't many items in use today that can't be replicated by a crude replacement that will function. It could be that this country needs to go through some hard times to force us to get off our duffs and away from the government teat. The more creative and self-sufficient we become, the more we could weaken the loonies in Washington.

The issue however is that congress wrote a low allowing the executive branch to promulgate regulations in many circumstances which the penalties for violating can be very severe and without the same due process (i.e., you won't see a real judiciary).

(That's non negotiable)

The California State Legislature tried to pass this exact bill last year. Due to a massive phone/email/fax campaign by "We The People", it failed to pass. Let your senators and representatives know how you feel. Keep on top of them. They work for you. When in doubt, vote them out.

Graphic says: "THE CONSTITUTION GIVES THE PRESIDENT ZERO POWER TO WRITE LAW."
(That's non negotiable)

You can keep SHOUTING that, but it's not true for exactly the reason I posted.

If what you say is true, then you should have no trouble pointing to that provision in the Constitution which gives Congress the autonomous authority to write laws giving the President the authority to write laws. Good luck with that.

DavidWhite is decidedly NOT wrong, and posting a graphic that just happens to be captioned with all-caps typeface is NOT shouting.

ALL so-called "laws" written by Congress MUST comport with the powers afforded them by We, The People within the four corners of the employment contract they swore to preserve, uphold and defend, commonly referred to as The Constitution of the United States of America. The fact that, "...congress wrote a low [sic] allowing the executive branch to promulgate regulations in many circumstances which the penalties for violating can be very severe and without the same [strike "the same" and replace with "any legitimate"] due process (i.e., you won't see a real judiciary)" is prima facie evidence that the law is unconstitutional, thus rendering it VOID under the same Constitution that provides penalties to traitors who violate their oaths by imposing the tyranny of "law making" that doesn't comport with the same Constitution.

If I'm wrong, whether or not you perceive that I'm "shouting" in how I emphasize words with caps or underlines or bold text, then you're going to have to cite something out of the Constitution that gives Congress the power to assign powers to the President that the Constitution itself doesn't assign to the Office. We'll wait.

Sorry guys! I didn't mean to post yelling stuff, just trying to wake people up.
If we don't hold political parties on both sides, accountable for the actions, they are only going to keep doing what's wrong.

I have been shouting at my elected morons for years. But since they are puppets of Pelosi, Reid and obummer, I have gotten a more positive response from the oak tree in my front yard. I NEVER voted for any of the lib-o-rats that "represents" me in MN. But they keep getting elected due to all the low info libs in MN.

That is the number one reason that I will be moving OUT of MN ASAP!

There you go thinking again. They are supposed to represent their voters and pass laws that comport with the State and US Constitutions. But we know how that goes.

And here's a real beauty about the NJ Dem who is leading the charge. NJ Dems Introduce "Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act" - The Truth About Guns Two of her sons are convicted armed robbers. True case of a liberal Black Democrat hypocrite who can't even take care of her own family matters first but thinks she knows best for the country. Go home lady and mind your own business. And I guess it is time to get after a few of Florida's Representatives also. Here is a list of the Nimrods: Mrs. Watson Coleman, Ms. Castor of Florida, Mr. Cicilline, Mr. Conyers, Mr. Cummings, Ms. Edwards, Mr. Engel, Ms. Eshoo, Mr. Farr, Mr. Fattah, Ms. Frankel of Florida, Ms. Hahn, Mr. Hastings, Mr. Himes, Ms. Kelly of Illinois, Mr. Langevin, Mrs. Lowey, Mr. Lynch, Mrs. Carolyn B. Maloney of New York, Mr. McGovern, Mr. Nadler, Ms. Norton, Mr. Quigley, Mr. Pallone, Mr. Payne, Mr. Pascrell, Mr. Pocan, Mr. Rangel, Mr. Sires, Ms. Slaughter, and Mr. Van Hollen.
